Environment and Travel
Environment & Travel maps
[dropcap1]E[/dropcap1]nvironment means the world around us, outside of our home or place of work. The quality of our environment is clearly affected by how we travel through it and it is by traveling that we most often get to experience much of the environment most near to us. From the amount of green space in each locality through to the number of people living there who choose to cycle or use a car, travel and the environment are clearly closely linked. Air pollution of various kinds is a particular problem that is most acutely felt in the UK in London. We can map here rail, roads, paths, water and other land uses, parks and playgrounds.
